Tadao industrial 1 light medium point shaped pendant in light weight concrete and chrome ceiling canopy, shade finish may vary
Singularly distinctive and original in design. The Tadao is named after the Japanese architect Tadao Ando, who works primarily on houses that are built with concrete he is renowned for excellent craftsmanship. The Tadao features a hand made shade from concrete, so each individual shade possesses its own texture, including minor embellishments which adds to its own beauty & character meaning that none of them will look exactly the same. The shades are made using a single silicon mould as well as an aluminium reflector for a even spread of light. The suspension is made of a fine check of black & white cloth covering the suspension cable. Hung over a kitchen bench or work area is an obvious placement choice, however also consider placing the Tadao either side of a bed as bedside lamps, grouped together & suspended at different heights over a stairwell.
