Beacon Lighting also offers a full refund or exchange for website sales within a 30-day period and upon presentation of receipt.  Should your goods be faulty or damaged upon receipt, Beacon Lighting will offer a full refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods to any Beacon Lighting store.

For online refunds or exchanges please refer to your original confirmation email or order receipt for the details of the Beacon Lighting store that arranged your order. Please contact the store directly by phone or email with the details of the exchange or refund. A refund will be made at the same value as the original purchase price excluding freight.

Products can be returned to any Beacon Lighting store with a copy of your receipt. All goods must be returned in original packaging and resalable condition. This is the preferred option for you because you can then receive an exchange or refund without delay.

Alternatively you can return your goods by mail letting us know if you require a refund or an exchange. Please include your original order receipt with your return items. Returns done in store can be processed immediately. However, returns by mail may take 2 weeks minimum to process and notification will be by email.

Please note:  Products that have been installed cannot be returned.
 


Warranties
All fittings have a minimum 12-month warranty, excluding globes.

2 year Warranty on All Fans:
Beacon Lighting will supply a 2 year warranty on all hard wired fans if installed by a qualified electrician.

2 + 1 Year Extended Warranty:
If your fan is installed by an approved Beacon Lighting electrician we will extend your warranty on any LUCCI fan for an extra 1 year. You will receive an extended 3 year warranty and the peace of mind of getting your fan installed correctly the first time.

Overseas Purchases
Online purchases are only available to customers within Australia.  We welcome product enquires from overseas, please contact us via email at webmaster@beaconlighting.com.au and we will investigate and advise the possibility of supply.
 


Delivery
All shipping is arranged through courier company TNT, for all pricing details please refer to the TNT website www.tnt.com.au.

TNT will attempt to deliver to the address nominated by you. Delivery is deemed to be effected when TNT receive a signed receipt or delivery docket confirming that the goods were received in good condition. Beacon Lighting recommends that a work address is allocated to ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery.

TNT will not in any circumstances deliver goods to a post office box.
 


Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars, and the Beacon Lighting website will currently only accept payment in Australian dollars. Beacon Lighting accept the following credit cards online; Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express.
 


In Store Lay-by Service
For your convenience, Beacon Lighting offers an in-store 8 week lay-by service. This is to a great way to to to gradually pay off your purchase.  A deposit equal to 30% of the total purchase value is required and we advise that the customer make regular payments to minimise a large payment at the end of the Lay By lay-by period.  This service is only offered in-store.

Online Shopping Options
All three of the below options are determined through the checkout process.  Simply click 'Checkout >' on your shopping cart contents page to begin this process.
 

Pay online using your Visa, Mastercard, Diners or American Express and select delivery using TNT courier.  The courier cost is calculated from the volumetric weight of the product.  This cost is displayed in checkout and charged to your credit card upon submitting your order.  Your product should arrive within 5-10 working days, pending stock availability.

Pay online using your Visa, Mastercard, Diners or American Express and select to pick your order up from a Beacon Lighting store.  During the checkout process, you are given an option to nominate the store you wish to pick up from.  Click Here to use our store locator to find your nearest Beacon Lighting store.  Your credit card will only be charged for the products you have purchased as store pick up is free of charge.

Our Order Online option is ideal for online shoppers who do not have a credit card.  This is the best way to secure the products you wish to purchase at the current sale price without a credit card.  Simply select 'Pay on Pickup' and nominate which store you would like to pick up your product from to use this option.  Home delivery is not offered with offline payments.
