I have recently had to visit your Midland store 3 times over the last couple of weeks and just wanted to say that every person I dealt with during that time, was delightful. I originally purchased a chandelier and was not too sure it was right for my place and was told to take it home and try it out and bring it back if it wasn't right. It wasn't right and I went back and selected another. Basically everyone I dealt with was really helpful. Thanks a lot!

I recently purchased some light-fittings from your Hawthorn store in Camberwell Road. It can be quite a daunting experience, but I was helped very much in my final selection by Irene. She then went on to work out the number and type of globes that I would need for these various light-fittings. Some had to be ordered in, but it was only a few days before I was able to collect my order in full. Just last week my electrician came to fit these lights and I'm very happy to say that I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Won, the lady from the Osborne Park was fantastic. She sat down for several days picking what was best for our new house and introduced us to Brendon, from Dawesco Electrical Contractor, to install all our lighting.

The service was great, no problem was too big and the final finish product was outstanding.

Just wanted to pass on my praises in regards to one of your employees at your Cranbourne store. Her name is Colleen. On Sat 10/10/09 this lady went completely out of her way to help me select some outdoor marine grade lighting. Her time and help was beyond my expectations. She was well aware that she did not have enought stock herself but was prepared to go the extra to find what i needed and then to search for stores where i could pick some up. She supplied me with all the details required and as i was desperate for time to get the stock she made my task that much easier. I cannot relay enough appreciation and thanks to her. Well done Beacon on having such a conscientous employee.

My husband and I have just finished building our house.Our electrician recommended that we go to another shop, so we went to that shop and were treated very rudely. So we decided to go to Rockhampton and try our luck there. From the time we walked in the door we were given excellent service. Dione discussed our plan with us and listened to what we wanted and discussed what would work and why. Dione explained every room thoroughly from how many lights we would need and the colour of the light bulbs.

We put our trust in her,and she didnt disappoint. Shipment was delayed so Dione went out of her way to track down lights for us,so we weren't held up.On completion of our home we are pleased to say that all the lights are great. Dione did a great job the rooms are all bright enough.We would just like to take this time to say thank you for making our home look so great, and that we would strongly recommend to anyone that needs lighting to go to Beacon.

The service is second to none. Dione was so helpful, she always had a smile, Beacon you should be proud to have her working for your company. Thank you for the great service
