HOW WE’RE HELPING YOU TO LIVE BRIGHTER AND STAY SAFE

Even during these difficult times but especially during these difficult times, our purpose stays the same – to brighten up your lives and help you love the space you’re in. While we stay true to our purpose, we’re doing all we can and more to ensure that you and our team members stay safe. Because for us, our people always come first, above everything else.

We’re actively following and implementing the guidelines from both the World Health Organisation and the Australian Government to help you live brighter and stay safe:

WHEN YOU SHOP IN OUR STORES

  • We’ve increased cleaning and sanitation in all our stores.
  • We’ve provided hand sanitisers in every store for your use.
  • Our team members will give you more space while you shop and maintain the recommended distance while you check out.
  • We encourage you to use contactless payment methods like your credit card instead of cash.
  • If unwell, our team members will rest and recover at home.

As with everything, safety goes both ways. So, when shopping in store, please respect the social distancing guidelines we’ve put in place. While we usually love to see lots of customers in our stores, we’re currently limiting numbers to just 10 customers at any one time with your personal group comprising no more than 2 people.

Of course, if you’re feeling unwell, we request you to stay at home and take care of yourself. Shop from the comfort of your couch at beaconlighting.com.au and get your purchases delivered to your doorstep.

WHEN YOU SHOP ONLINE

If you prefer to shop from home, you’ll find our entire range of products on our website. Just place your order and we’ll get your purchases delivered to you. 

To further support you during this time, we’re now offering FREE shipping on all orders over $90 (reduced from $150). Don’t forget to take advantage of our FREE 3-hour Click & Collect service and hassle free 30-day returns.

To ensure that you feel safe and comfortable when using our Click & Collect service, we’ve introduced a contact-free option. Here’s how it will work: 

  1. Select ‘Click & Collect’ when you order and pay online.
  2. When your order is ready, we’ll call you.
  3. Choose a pick-up time: 9am–11am or 3pm–5pm. Call us when you arrive in our store carpark.
  4. Our team member will place your purchases in your boot with a smile but without contact!

If you prefer to collect your order in-store, come on in, we have several measures in place to keep you safe.
