From 70's shambles to modernist chic

What happens when you put a family of six with five dogs, two cats and a dozen chooks in a small space? You get a place that needs to sell quickly so that everyone can get their space (and their sanity!) back.
With a confusing downstairs layout, dated interior and years of damage caused by a menagerie of animals, James and Jade found buyers were turning up their noses at their house in Brisbane’s Jamboree Heights.
Shaynna, Charlie and Andrew needed to create something special to get this property sold.
Let there be light
Shaynna created a great first impression in the entry way and stairwell replacing the original wall with a lightwell. Track lighting is bang on-trend, and our LEDlux Malbec spotlights were used throughout the home in many different configurations. These are not only great task lighting, the brushed brass detailing gave every room a modern designer look.
Creating a liveable living room
Shaynna transformed a stark and cold living area into a space perfect for lounging by layering the lighting. Our Buxton pendant made an eye-catching statement, while our Haines floor lamp created depth and dimension in the open plan space.
