Definitely needed with bright LED bedside lights
Review by Ades
Dims well and used with matching Lucci lights LEDLUX Barossa dimmable LED spot in antique nickel. These are used as bedhead lights and were too bright without the dimmer.
For bedside use the dimmer is highly recommended.
Quality but pricey
Review by Winco
Quality dimmer. Top end in price though. My experience with bottom dimmer level mirrors Alex's experience. However, you can tune the dimmer to have a minimum and maximum setting and this can simply be done with a tiny screwdriver and the adjustment on the side of the dimmer.
Good but some issues at bottom dimmer level
Review by Alex
Seem to dim well and evenly down to a certain point, but after this have difficulty at the low (dimmer) end and tend to slightly pulsate (just barely noticeable). They also completely turn off before the absolute bottom setting. However I understand this is not uncommon due to the way LED works (dim control is much harder than standard lights).
