Three Birds Renovations
We are delighted to continue our partnership with Erin, Bonnie, and Lana on their 16th house #ErinsUrbanFarmhouse
TBR House 16 showcases the Urban Farmhouse trend with its blend of natural woods, white-wash stains, and earth-inspired colours. We were delighted to be part of the project, introducing a mix of textural fabrics, subtle pleats, and the timeless appeal of natural fibres into the lighting selections.
Episode 5
Amore pleats pop up again, this time as a feature pair of bedside lights. How creative! Above the desk, they selected the Olsten wall bracket in Spanish alabaster, which pops out from the dark feature wall and, we think, steals the show!
Episode 4
Talk about original choices! The Three Birds selected a unique fitting for the main bedroom and WIR ensuite vanity, showcasing pleats once more with the Amore wall brackets. The texture brings such a warmth to the space, don't you think?
Episode 3
What a gorgeous family lounge! Our Louisville fan makes an appearance again in bronze and koa, striking a pose to pair beautifully with the featured natural wood coffee table below. Simply stunning. The back of house, pool, cabana and laundry also showcased some gorgeous lighting choices - see if you can spot the MFL Duo lights again!
Episode 2
The Three Birds know a thing or two about adding street value. They used the Made By Mayfair Duo exterior lights in rich metals to stand sentinel on either side of the front of house - talk about visual interest! Inside, they showcased the renovated entry, mud room, staircase, powder room, study, and ensuite. For more of that visual charm, they selected pleats with the Amore pendants.
Episode 1
Plenty of metal and grain-rich wood was used in areas of Erin's kitchen, butler’s pantry, dining room, main living room, and alfresco, featuring our Louisville fan in oil-rubbed bronze and koa. They also installed Wanaka exterior lights for that all-important outdoor ambience. Such texture!
