The Design Duo

We were delighted to partner with Alisa and Lysandra on their Twin-Off series, showcasing how luxe lighting can turn any room into a work of art.

Both contestants displayed how lighting can transform interiors. Alisa favoured a light and airy look, creating a sense of spaciousness, while Lysandra went for a darker, cosier vibe, using lighting to add intimacy and sophistication. Together, they demonstrated the versatility of lighting in enhancing interior beauty, offering viewers fresh ideas and inspiration.

Episode 1 - Master Bedroom & Ensuite

Alisa opted for lighting fixtures in a white and alabaster colourway for her master bedroom and ensuite, handpicking several items from our Made By Mayfair collection. Lysandra also chose Made by Mayfair pieces, but she went for brass metalware to harmonise with her striking Helix floor lamp in brass.

Episode 2 - Guest Bedrooms

Alisa drew her bedroom colour inspiration from nature, and the Herman pendant elegantly complements her design. Interestingly, Lysandra also chose the same pendant for her dark and moody bedroom, with Herman adding a natural touch to soften the dark panelling's rich hue.

Episode 3 - Pool & Alfresco

In her alfresco area, Alisa opted for the Mariner fan and Brix up/down exterior wall brackets for her outdoor kitchen. Staying true to her moody design scheme, Lysandra went with the Bayside Nautilus fan in a sleek black finish.

Episode 4 - Kitchen, Living & Dining

In her neutral-toned kitchen, Alisa selected the MFL by Masson gypsum ribbed wall bracket in white for its clean lines and minimalist style. Lysandra chose the statement Presly pendant in brass for her kitchen island, offering both style and functionality.

Episode 5 - Laundry & Entrance

Alisa chose the Made By Mayfair Osten wall bracket with an alabaster shade and brass detailing to achieve a more refined and upscale appearance. Meanwhile, Lysandra opted for the LEDlux Tread LED Steplight for her staircase and MFL strip lighting in her laundry.

Episode 6 - Upper Living & Study

In her upstairs living room, Alisa opted for the Made By Mayfair Osten wall bracket, featuring an alabaster shade and brass detailing, similar to her choice in the entrance hall. Meanwhile, Lysandra went with the Made By Mayfair Lucent pendant in black and alabaster, arranging them in a cluster for a unique and stylish lighting display.
