What is Afterpay?
Sometimes, unexpected expenses come up. Sometimes you’ve got to budget, but sometimes you just have to purchase that fan or light for your upcoming project. Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase over four fortnightly payments. Once approved – your item gets shipped straight away!*

Why should I use Afterpay?
Afterpay is all about convenience. Your order gets shipped straight away, and you pay fortnightly over eight weeks. You can use Afterpay in-store or online for all Beacon Lighting orders up to $2,000.
How do I use Afterpay?
To be eligible to use Afterpay you must meet the following criteria:
- Have a debit/credit card
- Be over 18 years of age
- And live in Australia
What's Beacon's returns policy four purchases with Afterpay?
If you change your mind, we offer a full refund or exchange for purchases paid with AfterPay within a 30-day period with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) and inline with our current returns policy. Should your goods be faulty or damaged upon receipt, we’ll offer a full refund or exchange in accordance with our obligations under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (“Act”). Important information about Afterpay
The payment arrangement is made with Afterpay not Beacon Lighting, so Afterpay will approve payments at the time of the order.
For first-time Afterpay customers, the first payment will be charged at the time of purchase. For existing Afterpay customers, the first payment will be charged 14 days from the date of purchase. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at the time of purchase.
If you’re unable to make a payment, AfterPay will charge you a late payment fee of $10 and an incremental $7 late fee for each week your payment is overdue.
Please remember, when you choose to pay with Afterpay you’ll need 25% of the order total in your account at the time of placing the order. If you don’t have the funds in your account, Afterpay will decline your order.
