Three Birds Renovations
Three Birds Renovations
We're proud to partner with Three Birds Renovations on their 13th house - Australian Staycation.
The styling queens from Three Birds Renovations are back, and this time they've created a home that's inspired by holiday destinations and design elements from around the world. It's the ultimate #australianstaycation!
This incredible resort-style abode in the Australian bush is home to their favourite people: Louisa, the head designer at Three Birds Renovations, her husband and their two beautiful boys Spence and Dasher. Feast your eyes on the gorgeous spaces revealed each week and see how our stylish lights and fans create a luxe and relaxed holiday vibe at this #holidayathome dream home.
The bush meets the sea in this delightful lounging area, with views of nature’s best greens paired with the iridescent capiz shells of our handcrafted Dunne pendant. If we’re ever invited for a pool party, you’ll find us here nestled among the cushions.
Imagine coming home to this mudroom! If you're wondering about the gorgeous wall lights, we're proud to reveal that they're our new Ascot collection, designed in partnership with the Three Birds Renovations team. The Ascot blends metal details that embody the industrial-farm house style and soft traditional lines to create a balance between city living and country inspired warmth. Just perfect for an #australianstaycation vibe!
This is what a relaxing parents' retreat looks like! Using a colour palette of just three colours: black, white and brass detailing, the Three Birds Renovations team created a master suite that was sophisticated, mature and one-of-a-kind. Our palm leaf style Tahitian fan over the big four poster bed added that dreamy resort feel, a must for any #australianstaycation.
Front Of House
When the styling queens make an entrance, they make it grand! The team used their favourite exterior lights, our Portsea wall brackets, to adorn the façade, starting from the front gate and continuing all around the house. Reminiscent of a vintage barn, the Portsea matches the black and white colour palette and adds character and charm to this resort-style home.
It’s a boys’ world that’s out of this world! The team created an exclusive space for the two boys of the family where they can relax and just be themselves. We love how our Tide wall brackets have been centred over the massive striped bedheads for a pleasing symmetrical look. Their brass details ooze warmth and laidback luxury while their natural rattan shade casts stunning shadows on the wall when turned on. Sweet dreams, Spence and Dasher!.
There couldn’t be two luckier boys in the world than Spence and Dasher! Their private loft is a playroom-media room where they can have a fun time with their friends or just curl up on one of the super comfy couches with their favourite book. While the twin skylights fill the space with light during the day, our gorgeous Belle lamp lights up its shade and base to create a warm, cosy atmosphere when the sun goes down. Perfect for movie night!.
Working from home? You need a home office as stylish as this one! Featuring our stunning Aiden pendant in whitewashed wood, this downstairs study in #house13 is perfection from every angle.
Can you ever go wrong with pops of brass? We don’t think so! Our Monroe wall brackets in brass elevate this guest bedroom with their timeless beauty reminiscent of 17th century theatrical lighting. We love how they cast indirect light through their scallop shell silhouettes and create a warm, luxurious look.
Back Of House
And just like that, #house13 is done and dusted! For their final reveal, the team used our Portsea wall brackets to create a glamorous cooking zone around the outdoor pizza oven. As they are the same lights that feature all around the front and rear façade, they give the entire house a cohesive and consistent look.
