2. This promotion is restricted to Australian residents. All employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and the immediate families of such employees are ineligible to enter.

3. To enter the promotion you must:

Like and comment on the post.  All entrants may enter as many times as they wish.

The winning entrants (2 in total) will be chosen in a random draw. The draw will take place on Monday 12th of May 2025.

4. There are two winning entrants, and the “prize” will consist of 1 x Eton 1 Light Table Lamp in Brass and Oak (valued at $269.00 RRP). This prize includes globes and delivery. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash.

5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. 15. By entering this promotion, each entrant accepts full responsibility for the decision to participate in the promotion and take the Prize should he/she be selected as a winner. The winner releases the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents, employees and suppliers (the "Released Parties") from all liability, loss and damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, any prize. Without limiting the foregoing, the Released Parties will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

18. The Promoter and agencies and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for Prizes damaged, delayed, or lost in transit. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Instagram from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
