Blended lighting FX.
With LIFX Polychrome, you can create mesmerising textured light and effects made up of many tones with one product. Each bulb has 3 addressable zones per bulb. That’s a total of 36 zones per String Light.
Extend to suit your space.
Each String Light is 7.3m long and includes 12 uniquely addressable LED bulbs. You can connect up to 3 kits together for a total length of 21.9m.
All new colour controls
LIFX String is the first of a series of Polychrome products to use our brand new colour wheel. With Solid, Complementary and Custom paint modes.
- Solid: Like the old wheel, but better, with finer saturation control. Paint your entire string light in the perfect hue.
- Complementary: Take the guess work out and allow the app to select the perfect accent colours and let that Polychrome shine.
- Custom: Get creative and select the colours you want and show off your lighting designer props.

Did you know LIFX started in Melbourne in 2012? And they are still based in the creative tech-hub of Cremorne. Their team of in-house Engineers and Product Designers worked passionately on the String Light with a goal of staying true to a classic form factor but adding a touch of LIFX.
