Marty was taken aback by the pool's beauty, while Shaynna found a connection she hadn't experienced in House 1. Dave reiterated that the pool was "the best part" but said there wasn't much else. "We couldn't agree more with Dave, and he does high-end stuff. He's a professional, and we agree with his feedback," Brett admitted. "He's not wrong," Brett added.

Shaynna was impressed that House 3 was the first to showcase the original brickwork of the home. Darren thought that teaming the original orange bricks with the creamy travertine pavements was a stroke of genius.
