How do I check the stock availability for delivery and in-store pick up?

It’s really easy. On our website, on the product page you’ll be able to see stock availability under both ‘Delivery’ and ‘Click & Collect and store availability’ tabs.

If you’re interested in delivery, you’ll automatically see if the product is in stock and if it’s available for shipping. However, if a product is out of stock currently but will be available in a few days or a particular month, a message will appear in your shopping cart to highlight this. You can continue to check out and this product will be placed on back order and will be dispatched when the stock is available.

Sometimes, if we don’t have a product available for delivery it may still be available for pick up at your local store. Look under the ‘Click & Collect and store availability’ tab to see if the product is available in your default/pre-selected store. If you don’t have a default store, click on ‘Check store availability’ to see stock availability in stores across the country. You can then filter store results based on your postcode, your location radius and stores with availability.

Alternatively, you can call a store to confirm availability. You’ll find a phone number within the store availability listing or you can get more store details on our store locator page.
